A personal listening product for those who have one hearing aid and usable hearing in the other ear.
The Music-Link 50/50 is novel listening product with an inductive silhouette earhook for use with a hearing aid on 'T' on one side and an earpiece on the other.
The earphone is used on the non aided ear and the inductive silhouette earhook with one hearing aid on 'T'. An earhook is worn by simply placing it over the ear beside the aid.
The earhook part provides an inductive output for use with the hearing aid T input; because each ear is provided with sound, a stereo signal can be heard by the hearing aid user.
As a guide the Music-Link 50/50 listener will work anywhere that personal stereo-style headphones do.
The wiring of this product is nominally earhook as the left channel and the earpiece as the right. Naturally the product can be used the other way around, you will still have stereo but with a reversed sound image - for those who know which side of a band the guitar player was.
The man who invented shorthand, John Gregg, was deaf.
