The Online Shop
Our online shop has been designed to make the experience as easy as possible, just select the items you wish to purchase and they will be added to your shopping basket, once you have made your selection just click on the Checkout button on the right of the page in the 'Shopping Basket' section.
Payment to Action for Deafness is done via PayPal, its fast, safe and secure, most types of credit and debit cards are accepted.
Delivery
Once Action for Deafness have received your order we will process it and get it posted to you within 7 working days. All items are sent via Royal Mail.
Returns Policy
Any purchase can be returned to Action for Deafness within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund. Items must be in sell-able condition to do this.
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any product that requires insertion into the ears (i.e headphones etc)
Guarantee
All products come with a manufacturers guarantee of at least 1 year, some manufacturers offer longer guarantees, details of this will be included in the box.
VAT
Action for Deafness is a registered UK charity and therefore all of our items are already sold VAT free.
International Orders
Action for Deafness welcomes orders from overseas customers, please contact us for shipping rates.
